The Great Horned Owlets in Colorado are also approximately 3 weeks old at this time.
Lastly, there are the Barn Owlets in Texas. They vary from one week old to two weeks old. Owls lay their eggs about 2 - 4 days apart, so they end up hatching 2 - 4 days apart as well. You will notice a big difference in sizes and it is likely with a brood of 8 owlets that some of the younger ones will die. Time will tell.
